  1. About Delivery

Depending on where you live, we will either deliver to your door via courier or we will deliver your order to your nearest Postnet. The type of delivery will be communicated at the time of sale, and again when your order is dispatched. Alternatively, if you live in the Bronkhorstspruit areas, you can contact our call center on 0768476418 to place your order and request to collect your parcel free of charge.

  1. Delivery Period

Takes 5 – 10 days to deliver an order to your door via courier, depending on where you live.

  1. Delivery Communication

You will receive sms/email to let you know when your order is on its way to you. This sms/email will include the parcel number(s), which you can use to track your order.

  1. Delivery Tracker

Send an email to account@omtclothing.co.za with your parcel number in the subject line. We will send you a return email with the details of where your order is in the system.

  1. Delivery Areas and Costs

Deliveries can be booked to destinations within South Africa only. Orders will only be dispatched for delivery once all invoices booked on the same delivery are ready for delivery or collection.

  1. Delivery Complaints

Complaints can be sent to customercare@omtclothing.co.za with your parcel number in the subject line as reference.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Returns

If your product is faulty or damaged on delivery, please do not accept it. Complete the returns form on the back of the original invoice/delivery form and return it immediately with the courier that delivered the parcel, Alternatively, please SMS ‘RETURN’ to 0768476418 with parcel number as reference and we’ll call you back, or Contact 0768476418.

The following will not be covered under clothing (include corporate clothing), face masks and caps. Failure to adhere to cleaning instructions resulting in damage, and customer misuse. Face masks strictly no return.

Collected stock may not be returned, unless approved in writing by Management within 48 hours of collection. Please do not return orders without prior written consent from OMT Management. Orders returned without accompanying written consent and corresponding invoice will not be accepted by our returns department.

Once stock of an item that is on special or discontinued has been collected no returns will be accepted, unless said stock is faulty.

In return case of clothe(s) size we should be informed within 48hours of receipt to account@omtclothing.co.za or SMS “Refund” to 0768476418.

  1. Refunds

We only accept used goods for return and refund if there is a manufacturing defect. If a product has been misused or abused in any manner by you, we will not be able to refund you for your purchase. Face masks will not be refunded. For more information, please contact 0768476418.

Claiming a refund please email your bank letter confirmation, ID copy, proof of residence and proof of postage receipt to account@omtclothing.co.za


Only cash payment is accepted and send a Proof Of Payment (POP) to account@omtclothing.co.za
